Hmm.. mo lipsus ke salah satu tempat makan di Jakarta, ya brangkatnya sih kemarin…  jam 3an, nyampe lokasi.. hehehe… jam tanggung.. laper blom.. kenyang blom…

So, lokasi resto yang dibidik kali ini adalah Everfresh,  letaknya di Jl. Penjernihan, daerah benhill… jalan lurus aja setelah SPBU, dan setelah Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Administrasi… kalau mo gampang cari aja Polsek (hmm apa Polres.. ya  ??) ya pokoknya satu lokasi dhe… masuk parkir ambil tiket parkir (Rp 2rb)… 

Konsep tempatnya seperti masuk ke pasar ikan,  ada aquarium ikan – ikan segar (spt.. ikan nila , gurame, dst), ada juga udang hidup, kepiting….  ada juga yang sudah di es, kayak baronang, bawal, ayam2x, dst….. untuk pilihan kerang ada kerang macan, kerang bambu, kerang buluh, dst…. 

Nah, cara pesannya bisa pilih sendiri, atau order ke pelayan…. Harga tidak dihitung per porsi.. tapi bergantung timbangan, kecuali untuk masakan sayur.. (hmm…) … Pilihan masak bisa diatur sendiri bakar, goreng, tim, rebus, … bumbu ada saos sechuan, saos padang, saos thai, kecap, dst… tergantung selera…  ongkos masaknya dihitung 20rb per tiap jenis.. 

Hmm setelah liat2x menu, akhirnya pilihan jatuh ke Ikan Nila Tim, Cumi Goreng Tepung, Keong Macan Saos Sechuan, Kerang Bambu Saos Thai, Brokoli Seafud, Udang rebus,… untuk minumnya nyoba’in Lemon Squash… harga minuman rata2x 15rb per gelas….  

Rasa ? ya boleh dibilang lumayan alias pas, bahan2xnya seger-seger, bumbunya lumayan enak, tapi kadang terasa tawar / hambar saat cicip kerang dan keong.. mungkin gak nyerep.. atau gak sinkron dengan bumbu hehehehe…… Kalo cumi gorengnya, mantap..  Sayur brokoli pas dilidah…. Untuk minuman terasa segar (lagian lagi haus jg sih.. :P)

Soal harga ? Ya ada baiknya liat2x dulu harganya.. di menu tidak ditulis harga per Kg-nya.. jadi harus liat di stand-nya… untuk kerang/keong + masak kisaran 50-60rb untuk 0.3 kg, cumi goreng 70rb’an untuk 0.3kg jg.. hehehe kalo ikan Nila hidup, 3rts’an rb / kg…

Suasana ? saat itu tidak begitu rame, paling hanya 8-10 meja yang terisi, ya ada sekitar 20 – 30 orang…. Untuk pelayanannya boleh dibilang agak lama, hidangan tersedia setelah 20-30 mnt…  Hmm ada yang perlu di notice.. berhubung ruangannya gabung dengan bahan mentah-nya.. jadi agak2x terasa amis.. jadi buat yang sensitif ama bau amis..hmm.. boleh pilih tempat duduk yang agak ke dalam….

Lagi nyari tempat yang romantis untuk makan malam ?? atau lagi nyari tempat untuk makan keluarga ? atau untuk arisan ? atau untuk santai – santai ? buat bikin lunch meeting ?? atau sekedar menikmati suasana tempat tersebut ?? …
