Singkat cerita saja..

Ini tentang rumah yang belum genap 6 bulan ditempati… letaknya di dalam Cluster Vienna Moderland – Tangerang. Untuk nomor rumah gak di publish ah, nanti banyak yang ngirim gratifikasi **takut di ciduk KPK**

Cluster ini, bernuansa minimalis (kalo gak salah), dan cukup exclusive, serta memiliki security yang siap 24 jam di pos gerbang. Cluster baru selesai dibangun sekitar pertengahan 2013.

Sejak awal menempati rumah ini, memang sudah ada rasa kecewa dengan hasil bangunannya. Ada beberapa dinding yang seperti di cat buru – buru sehingga hasilnya kasar, ada pula nat kusen jendela + lantai yang terlewati, dinding retak2, dll. Sejak saat itu, dari pihak pengembang sudah melakukan perbaikan beberapa kali. Dan ternyata bukan hanya unit ini saja, unit yang lain juga mengalami hal serupa bahkan ada yang lebih parah.

Lalu memasuki akhir 2013 kemarin, hujan mulai sering turun, yang menimbulkan masalah kebocoran, yakni air meresap di beberapa dinding; kembali dari pihak pengembang melakukan perbaikan. Karena masih ada masa garansi serah terima unit.

Ternyata muncul kembali kebocoran pada titik – titik yang lain; di atap kamar, di dinding ruang tengah, dll.

Dengan kondisi yang berulang seperti ini, jadi makin ragu dengan mutu bangunan yang di kembangkan pihak Modernland ini. Apakah tidak ada pengawasan mutu pada saat bangunan di buat ? Ggggrrr….
