Pengalaman tidak menyenangkan di Burger King rest area km 13,5 Jakarta-Merak
Awalnya gak mau komplen, malah jadi emosi di depan counter
Hari minggu (30/11), beli BBQ rasher dan Whooper, via drive thru, pas bayar pake BCA card. Kasir sibuk wara wiri. Ternyata kasir salah potong, point BCA terpakai padahal sy gak minta pakai point. Lalu mba kasirnya minta maaf dan jelasin kalo salah potong, tapi sudah di void pointnya. Pesanan diberikan
Hari senin (1/12) sy bingung BCA card saya tidak ada, cari kesana kesini, gak ketemu.
Hari ini (2/12) sy baru ngeh klo BCA cardnya belum dibalikan kasir @BurgerKing_ID , jadi tadi pagi sy kontak by phone ke rest area. Dibenarkan bahwa ketinggalan dikasir, jadi janjian untuk ambil pada malam hari
Fyi, Menuju Rest area km 13,5, kalo sore menjelang malam traffic jalan sangat padat dan melelahkan
Sesampai di BK, sy bilang mau ambil kartu yg ketinggalan. Kemudian di terima oleh sang manager
Sy diminta tunjukan KTP, namun karena tadi terburu buru turun dari mobil, KTP ketinggalan di mobil.
Sy bilang ketinggalan di mobil, Sang manager dgn muka kurang bersahabat dan nada ketus bilang “Gmana??!
Seakan akan sy mau nipu di depan counter. Jadi terpaksa sy balik ke mobil ambil KTP
Saya hargai kesiagaan untuk minta KTP, tapi sangat di sayangkan cara penyampaian sang manager kurang berkenan.
Sekembali dari mobil, sy tegur sang manager, karena mood sudah jadi kebalik 180 derajad. Dan dia baru minta maaf.
Yang bikin kesel, kesalahan berawal di kasir BK, koq malah seperti saya yg ninggalin kartunya
Jadi tolong di tatar kembali kualitas dan pelayanan di @BurgerKing_ID rest area km 13,5.
