Hehehe…

Belakangan ini ramai di bicarakan peraturan ganjil genap untuk mengatasi kemacetan lalu lintas Jakarta. Dengan berlakunya aturan ini, maka tidak sembarangan kendaraan, khususnya roda empat, yang bisa bolak balik di jalanan Jakarta, terutama di jalan – jalan utama kota tercinta ini.

Lalu bagaimana cara menghadapi peraturan ini, apakah harus demo besar -besaran di kantor Gubernur untuk membatalkan aturan ini ?
Silahkan ambil sikap masing – masing, mau setuju silahkan, mau tidak setuju silahkan….

Kali ini kita coba berandai – andai , jika kebijakan tersebut benar di laksanakan, apa yang bisa di lakukan oleh pengguna jalan :

1.NEBENG

Sudah tentu ini adalah cara paling jitu dan paling mujarab, dan paling di setujui oleh para pakar transportasi Jakarta, nasional, internasional, maupun luar angkasa. Jadilah penumpang yang rajin menyapa pengendara di tempat Anda tinggal. Kumpulkan data plat nomor kendaraan dan jadwal perjalanan yang mana searah dengan tujuan Anda… rada stalker sih.. tapi it works!!.. 😛

2.  MOBIL SECOND (…..hmm.. mobil kedua)

Mobil ke-2… Cara ini bermodal relatif cukup besar, tapi manjur dan aman menghadapi aturan tersebut. Tapi untuk menghindari resiko salah plat,  sebaiknya cari mobil kedua ini di tempat penjualan mobil second (maksudnya mobil bekas.. :P), dengan demikian plat nomor bisa di sesuaikan dengan kebutuhan.. trust me..it works ?!..  😛

3. GANTI PLAT

Nah , cara yang ke-tiga ini…. di luar tanggung jawab penulis ya!!!!!!… sudah jelas melanggar peraturan dan bisa kena sanksi oleh para penegak hukum di jalanan.. (yang relatif buncit2 perutnya.. wkwkwk)..  Cari tukang plat nomor , lalu beli plat ganjil dan genap… kemudian setiap kali di butuhkan tinggal copot dan tempel…. lebih mudah kalo posisi plat masih di pasang pake mur – baut..  atau ke bengkel modif, minta bikin box plat..  it works!!! 😛

4. PINDAH RUMAH / KERJA

Cara yang ini lebih mahal lagi, dan penuh resiko tinggi, tapi boleh di coba.. Dengan cara memindahkan rumah / kantor Anda, ke daerah yang aman dari aturan ganjil genap ini.. daerah pinggir Jakarta masih memungkinkan untuk bebas aturan ini… atau carilah lokasi dimana ada halte bus-waee.. yang mudah di capai.. jalan 5 – 10 menit sampe… mirip kayak di negara tetangga, jalan sedikit eh nemu MRT Station ..tinggal cuss…. trus me  ?!?!.. it works!! 😛

5. BISNIS ANTAR JEMPUT

Ini lebih sifat ke bisnis-minded… Kumpulkan investor – investor yang punya uang lebih atau punya mobil lebih , dan cari kerjasama tanah di daerah – daerah tertentu… “Car-Pool” ini di anjurkan juga oleh pakar transportasi.. nah buat Anda yang pingin punya bisnis.. ini ada ladang baru yang bisa di garap… siapkan tanah untuk tempat titip kendaraan… siapkan kendaran yang agak bermuatan besar (Innova, Carry, APV, Luxio, dll) sebagai armada antar jemput… lalu tawarkan kerja sama ke area perkantoran.. it works!! 😛

6. PAKAI MOTOR

Seperti yang kita ketahui.. Jakarta adalah motor city… alias kota sejuta motor… (bahkan lebih)… Peraturan Ganjil Genap yang akan datang, baru di terapkan bagi kendaraan roda empat, jadi masih ada peluang untuk berlenggang di aspal jakarta dengan menjadi Bikers… jangan lupa, bawa surat lengkap, pake helm, pake jaket, pake sepatu…… dan bawa motornya..  trust me! it works.. 😛

7. IKUT MOBIL PEJABAT

Bagi anak pejabat, temen pejabat, rekan pejabat, staff pejabat, keluarga pejabat, dan antek – antek pejabat.. Peraturan ini tidak mempan buat mereka, kendaraan mereka akan bebas berjalan.. mungkin kebut – kebut’an juga boleh.. Jadi manfaatkanlah sebaik-baiknya pertemanan Anda, jangan di unfriend / unfollow…. keep contact trus.. mana kala Anda bisa ikut cara no. 1 tapi dengan style no 7… trust me.. it works!! 😛
